HP Sprocket 2nd Edition Photo Printer not working

What exactly is the issue you are having with your Sprocket printer? 

 

The Sprocket is designed to be used with an Android or Apple phone, it does not work with a PC.

 

The Sprocket does not print banners.

i am having the same issue and it can't change because i got this free for 4k LED tv last black Friday i also search on youtube but i cant find can anyone tell how to run this?
