Hello, I’ve been using my HP Sprocket to print photos and it comes out with a blue tint every time. I’ve tried to reset it twice, re-download the app, checked for any updates, but still nothing has worked. Please advise.

What model HP Sprocket are you using?
Have you tried printing different pictures or from any other mobile device and check if the issue persists?
Check for Updates on your iOS device.
Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document to fix print quality issues on a HP Sprocket.
