Hello, HP. It's been over a year, and countless Sprocket firmware updates and iOS app updates, but the problems persist for me, and every other Sprocket user I've met. Do you have an answer? Should we all just expect our photos to print with a noticeable cast? Why can't you compensate for it with your firmware?

I too have the same issue despite using all of the different colour settings, without success. Everything has a brownish hue. Please advise. Thanks in anticipation
