hi I'm new to this so i brought the hp sprocket 200 the other day only got to print one photo turned it off came back to it and it now it won't turn on or reset I've left it on charge to see what it will do and all it shows is the red light then turns off an won't do anything else

Hi,

 

Can you please try the following steps:

1.Update to latest app release.

2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app.
