I had ordered my HP Sprocket in black with the case that comes with it apart of the boxing week sale, two days ago. I have not gotten an additional email saying that my sprocket was shipped. I am going on vacation in February and need to know if it will arrive on time. If not I would like to know how to cancel my order so I can order one elsewhere.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
