Hp sprocket
just set up my sprocket and every time I click on a picture from the app it says could not retrieve the picture from camera roll. So I can’t print any pictures, why is this happening?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the sprocket app is not able to retrieve the pictures from your phone.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

 

  • What operating system are you using? (Android/iOS)
  • Have you tried a different phone?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the sprocket app from your phone and reinstall it and check if it helps.
