Hi, I had a question. Today, I printed a Magic Frames picture on my iOS to Sprocket. Then I tried to scan the magic frame on another device that is a Samsung Device. I was using the app the whole process. I made sure that it was a magic frame but when I tried to use it on the device it didn't work. It just said no photos recognized and then I took a picture but it just showed me my recent photo library. It didn't say Magic Frames at the top like its supposed to either. What do I do?

Does it work if you scan from the original iOS device?  The magic frame should be able to "Play" on an Android device too, however, you won't have access to the other embedded experiences (e.g: photos from the same day), as that other device will NOT have access to your same photo library.
