When I plugged in my Spocket tonight all it will do is flash red and green lights. I have searched and tried all the suggestions on this forum. Nothing has worked. I reset with a pin, held down power button, tried plugging into my computer, checked for jams, deleted and redownloaded the app, checked for updates. Nothing will work. Please help as I haven’t even had this printer that long and use it rarely.

That's unfortunate. Since you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

The solution “contact hp” doesn’t work, it just brings you back to checking the online community and online chat with an autobot. This is ridiculous, there are so many people with this issue HP and you are not helping!!!
