2-in-1 Sprocket

I have a new Sprocket that worked for 20 minutes and now will not charge. I found an old post and tried the reset button inside the printer but that didn’t work. Any other tips?

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

Have you tried charging with a different wall outlet or a different adapter?

If the issue still persists uninstall the sprocket app and reinstall the app and try updating the sprocket firmware from the sprocket app and check if it helps.

I have a Sprocket that will not charge, and I’ve tried different outlets. I’ve also reinstalled the HP Sprocket app as well as the printer on the app and there’s no firmware update.

When the Sprocket is plugged in, the battery life is showing as 100%, but when I remove the cord from the outlet, the battery life immediately drops to 6%. HELP!
