Does your Phone detect other Bluetooth devices or do other Phones detect the Sprocket?
Ensure your iOS has all the latest updates
If the issue persists please follow the instructions on Page 3 in this User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06125670 to Reset your Sprocket
