I purchased an HP Sprocket for my daughters birthday on Wednesday. We have managed to download the Sprocket App but are unable to connect the printer to either an iPad or my iPhone. We get the constant message when we try to pair the printer of Searching for printer - we've looked and looked but can't find a Sprocket. Have removed the App and reinstalled several times. We have reset the printer but again no joy. My daughter as you can imagine is very upset as this was one of her main presents and we still cannot get one print printed.
Any help much appreciated.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers - Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
