Product: Hp sprocket 100
Operating System: Android 4.1 and older

I just bought a new Sprocket and connected it to my Android phone via Bluetoot. I selected a photo for printing, followed the steps in the sprocket app but when the printer acted like it was printing only a blank paper came out.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that your Sprocket is printing blank pages, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Are you using the paper included with the sprocket or HP ZINK® Smartsheets?

 

Request you to check if you are inserted the paper correctly and try the steps suggested in this Article.
