I have followed all the steps in your document on how to connect the device to my iphone 8. It isn't happening. I keep getting the same iphone message that the connection was unsuccessful. I had no problems when i connected the printer to an iphone 4. I have deleted the sproket application off my old now retired iphone 4. The only ophone trying to connect with the device is my new iphone 8. The phone is on version 11.2.1
