not pairing to new ios 11

The sprocket is not pairing to our iphone we have the new ios 11.  can anyone one help out please

According to what I can find, iOS 11 is in Beta release:

iOS 11- The next version of iOS, coming in the fall of 2017

If you cannot get it to work now, wait a bit and check back closer to release time for iOS 11.

it was working with the ios 11 until beta 2 came out.  any chance its because of 32bit?  and if so will hp make the app 64bit

Personal opinion:

I doubt the application will be rewritten for 64bit:  Systems that run 64bit can run 32bit programs -- it does not work the other way 'round.

You might try removing the app > Restart the offending device > download / reinstall the app.
