sprocket deleted photos

Hi, I printed a couple of pictures but somehow sprocket deleted two years worth of photos from my photo album

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Are the photos listed under photo album on your phone?

As you mentioned the sprocket app deleted the photo album from your phone.

I don't the app has the ability to delete the pictures by itself. Unless you have accidentally deleted them.

Ideally, you should be able to delete the files using the delete option in the app. Look for a dustbin icon or “More” option to find the delete option.

So might have selected pressed the dustbin icon and all the pictures were erased from your phone.
