bonjour,
j`ai installer windows 10 sur un PC SONY VAIO (VPCYA1V9E, PCG-31211M, 4-266-807-01) qui comportait Windows 7.
Depuis cette mise a jour de Windows, un peripherique ne veut plus s'installer correctement:
Le périphérique ACPI\SNY5001\4&18ab43f&0 nécessite que l'installation soit poursuivie.
L'appareil ACPI\SNY5001\4&18ab43f&0 a été configuré.
Nom du pilote : null
GUID de classe : {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
Date du pilote :
Version du pilote :
Fournisseur du pilote :
Section du pilote :
Classement du pilote : 0x0
Numéro d'identification d'appareil correspondant :

Auriez vous une solution, car ma recherche internet abouti toujours a des site commercial qui ne solutionne absolument rien.

Hi:
I found the driver you need for the ACPI\SNY5001 device on the Microsoft Update Catalog.
I zipped it up and attached it below.
You will need to manually install the device from the ACPI\SNY5001 in the device manager.
Download and unzip the attached file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager, click on the ACPI\SNY5001 device.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
