Microsoft Windows 11

BT600 recognized by PC in devices and printers but the  Voyager 5200 ear piece does not work. Case shows fully charge (three soli blue lights) yet when I turn turn headset on no sound at all, no voice stating talk time, just nothing.  I have tried to pair but that is not working either.  Clearly I am doing something wrong, just do not know what.  My IT department does not support even though company ordered so I am on my own.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated..
