BT700 update 0.0.838.4176 Software Update Fails

I just bought a Voyager Focus 2 M and installed the win 10 version of Lens, and started updating the softwares that it recommended. Updating the BT700 firmware to 0.0.838.4176 fails. How can I update this product?  Thanks!!!

Welcome to HP Poly Support Community.  

To update the headset firmware using your computer with Poly Lens App.

• Download at poly.com/lens

        While updating firmware:

• Connect the headset to the computer using a USB cable.
• Do not use your Poly device until the update is complete.
• Disconnect your Poly device from paired devices such as phones, tablets and computers.
• Do not start a second update from a second device.
• Do not stream media.
• Do not answer or place a call.
• Go to Poly Lens > Settings > Restore Default
• Test with a different PC setup.

This is a generic solution that not only makes little sense in English, and also fails to specifically address the problem that I am experiencing.

I am facing the same issue. What is the solution. Keep in mind that BT700 is an usb adapter
