Brand New out of the Box, connect poly savi 8220 headset powers OFF when lifted from cradle
I installed Poly Lens and appears Firmware up to date.
Just have Base plugged into Power and Base connected to my PC by USB.
I have connected BT through Windows 11 settings.
I can hear music when headset on base but soon as I pick up, it states Power OFF.
Put back on Base and I can hear Power On and Music begins to play.
