New charge case - waited months for it. Produced Oct 2022. Headset purchased Jun 2022.
It doesn't charge my headset for more than 1-2 seconds after pressing the button - I've tried everything.
I've left the headset on, and turned it off.
But the headset DRAINS in the case, rather than CHARGES.
