Product: Voyager Free 60+ UC USB-C
Operating System: iOS

Not sure how it occurred, but the right earbud is quiet even at max volume settings. The earbud charges, as I saw with the charging indicator. I've tried the earbuds connected to iOS, Windows, and Android and still the same issues. I've tried to chat with an agent and product exchange, but the page that gets my personal data is unresponsive when I try to submit.

Hi,

 

same issue here probably due to firmware update to 5039 (the last available). I had no response from anyone...I'm afraid but I'm going to return this product.
