HP Probook 450 G8
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In our Company we're using ProBook 450 G7/G8 since a few days, users calling up, to tell us, that they can't do anything with thier notebooks.

Checking the system showed that RAM was at 100% for no reason. Only way to get out of this is to power of the notebook and power it on again.

Surprisely this came out of nothing an is happening always around noon .

We updatet the Notebooks with all Windows Updates, installed and checked the Notebooks with HP Support Assistent software, checked and installed all nessesary updates.

It don't change. We're also using  Thunderbolt Docks G2/G5 and updatet them too, with no succsess...

 

Anyone got an idea?
