Hello –

A few years back I bought an hp laptop

 

HP ProBook 455 G4 Notebook PC

 

I registered it via the serial number at hp.com when I got it

Over the past year or so, when I login to my hp.com account it thinks that
the laptop I have is

 

HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2

 

I been trying to get this fixed, but for the most part I been getting a big run-a-round — I ever sent an email containing a photo of the underside of the laptop that shows the correct name and serial number —

any suggestion on how to get this corrected?
