HP Z240 Workstation

I'm having an issue where the PC won't stay turned off, it will auto-power on a few second after the fans spin down. Is anyone familiar with this issue and has an idea of how to resolve it? I would have strongly thought it to be a BIOS setting but I've combed through all the BIOS options, including making sure the PC wasn't scheduled to power on automatically, and nothing stands out as obvious to me. I've disconnected all drives, so it's definitely an issue with the PC and not the OS.

EDIT: Ok I was lucky, and got some advice from someone who'd come to buy a PC and had the same problem. Disconnecting the power switch connector from the motherboard and giving it a good blow has done the trick. Some kind of dirt or dust was shorting out the connection. Problem solved!
