Hi,

 

I integrated the CMA with the LDAP and it is successfully works, when the user login with his credential the CMAD shows his name the same as the configured display name on the active directory.

 

when the paricepant joins a conference on the RMX his display name appears when ever the layout swaps.

 

the problem that only one user has a problem with his display name, it shows his name as "LastnameFirstnameCMADesktop"

while when he logon his diplay name appears on CMAD correctly as configured on the active directory.

 

please advise.

 

I did a workaround by changing his H323 ID to his display name as configured on the active directory but the customer need to know what is the problem.
