Hi, We have deployed Cloud Axis along with Polycom infrastructure. in cloud axis service portal, when schedule a meeting using the personal VMR it tells that this VMR does not exist in the DMA. I can confirm that the virtual meeting room exists on the configured DMA system as shown attached. as polycom documentation says: check the RealPresence CloudAXIS Services Portal configuration to confirm that the administrator username and password account set up for the DMA is authorized as an Active Directory administrator on the DMA. A local administrator cannot see Active Directory users. the AD integration status is ok as shown attached and the username for the DMA is configured as dmauser. under cloudaxis DMA config, i can't seem to change the username from local to ad although the user id is existed in the DMA and AD with admin role. P.S only facing issue when it comes to use personal VMR. meet now and create VMR range works properly.
