The RealAccess portal pulls data every 24 hours from the RPRM for Inventory/Asset every 5 mins and from the DMA for CDR and MCU data.
RealPresence DMA system
(The CDR data are pulled every five minutes.)
(The MCU data are pulled every five minutes.)
RealPresence Resource Manager
(The Asset/Inventory is pulled every 24 hours.)

I have a question on what is being counted in the participant count column of the Conference Utilization report when the conference type is LYNC. Is this counting the total number of standards based video endpoints and Lync/Skype for business participants or just the standards based endpoints plus the cascade for the RealConnect call?
Also, I am looking at a LYNC call that is showing 4 participants and the maximum resources is saying video: 24 voice: 1. How can 4 participants be using 24 video ports? What is this really representing?

Please note you would see that only with LYNC ( Realconnect ) calls.
That is becuase the DMA does not know the Lync Clients connected via the AVMCU. We keep track of participants from a DMA prespective.
Say for example..
We had a RealConnect call with 4 lync clients, 2 GroupSeries, 1 RP Desktop & 1 Audio Dialin in a conference.
The resources used would be 7 video and 1 Audio, while the participant count would be 3 video and 1 audio.
Hope this helps
