I'm reading the DMA System Operations Guide and I would like to create a custom IVR Prompt Set and I understand I need to create a .zip file with .wav and .jpg files, plus a couple of files defining the meta information and a manifest. But it doesn't give any sample text files.

 

How can I extract one from my DMA or find one from another source to use ad a base for a new one?

I have the same question. Because I want to create a VEQ without using the RMX IVR Entry Queue.

Same question, how do I pull the default DMA promt set out? We just want to customize the display slide and not actually change the voices...
