Folks,

 

I have following questions regarding Polycom Clariti Licence:-

 

1) How to Upload the clariti licence on RPRM?

 

2) What are the ways to upload the licence?

 

3) Is it mandatory to have a user account for Licence center for clariti licence?

Some answers for your questions:

 

1) How to Upload the clariti licence on RPRM?

- Generate the license from the Flexera portal, download then upload to RPRM

 

2) What are the ways to upload the licence?

- Either by file as described in #1

- License online if your RPRM has a route out to the Internet

 

3) Is it mandatory to have a user account for Licence center for clariti licence?

- I think you are asking if you need an account on Flexera and the answer is yes. That is how Clariti licensing is managed.
