HP Recommended

We are using a RMX 2000.  The RMX is registered with a Gnu Gatekeeper.   When an external endpoint dials into the MCU after about 30 seconds the RMX drops the call.  In the CDR on the RMX we see h323_call_closed_gatekeeper_drq .  However, the gatekeeper is not recieving any messages. 

 

Any help?
