Good morning all,
We are reasearching a replacment for our RMX2000 (2 MPM+). Is there a recommened Polycom upgrade/replacement unit?
Also, does anyone know the current(if any) End of Life date for the 2000?
Thanks,
Brian @ Defense Acquisition University

Brian,
There is currently no End of Life date set for the RMX 2000 platform. However, the MPM+ cards you currently have are EOL as of 10/31/2015.
There is an upgrade kit available to bring your system up to the current MPMRx cards. Your Polycom Sales representative should be able to provide you with the details.

Brian,
There is no subscription that I am aware of but the Polycom End of Life policy can be found here: http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/documentation/eol.html
Down near the bottom of that page there is a link where you can do a Product End of Life Search.

Is there any way to download new firmware for the RMX 2000 without an active service contract? I'm told that service contracts are no longer offered since the RMX 2000 is end of life.
I'm looking to upgrad from v5 to v7.8.
