Greeting for the day !!!
i have a RMX4000 and on that there is PRI line termnating too. I am able to make the ISDN calls sucessfully but when i am dialling oin the PSTN its not connecting and showing error as no net connection whereas my PSTN is working same.
Need help to understand and resolve the issue.

Hello,
Do you have resources assigned for voice calls? Go into setup >> Video/Voice port configurator and make sure that some of the ports are assigned to audio.
