RPAD currently is on 3.1.1
I have gone through the documents of Admin and deploy guide but unable to find any other method of restore..(as i am not getting now the web login)...
Please share your inputs of how we can reset the password...

Hi Team,
Can any one respond to this Query raised as in the ongoing setup, we would need to reset the password .... and i am not getting any other alternative rather than a reset...through USB
Can root login like VBP work on RPAD or only reseting the entire device is the only method for RPAD
Awaitng for your reply...

Hello ABHIJEET,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
For security reasons certain procedures are either only shared via a Polycom support ticket or in some instances or products there are no back doors so you would have to factory restore.
Please work with your Polycom reseller to contact Polycom support in order to discover the recovery possibility's.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
