Hi,

 

We just recently upgraded our RSS 4000 to version 7000 and now I cannot load it with Firefox.  I get this error:

"Initialization Error

Error loading data file data/config.xml"

 

 

It does load into Internet Explorer and Safari.

Hi!

 

 

Please add the site to the security exception within Firefox.

You can verify if this by navigating to:

 

Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > View Certificates : Servers

I have this exact problem and the Firefox tweak

"Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > View Certificates : Servers"

does not work. It started right after I updated to version 7.0 rev 30619.

 

Any thoughts would be wonderful. Thank you
