Hi All,

 

I am having problems viewing the Video stream from our Polycom RSS 4000, since i am using Windows Media Player 9 only.

 

My question is, what Specific Video-Codec do we need to install on our Media Player, for us to be able to view the Video Stream using Media  Player 9 only.

its free

File format WMV
