Hi,

I have a customer with an RSS 4000 ver7.0.0.0 rev30619 who wants to recover lost files or find out how they got lost in the first place; this customer is the only user/admin of the box.

The customer was reviewing a file then paused it, they then went off for a couple of minutes and when they came back to resume playback the file was missing - it doesn't appear in the archives; the last file to appear in the archives is a recording prior to the missing one.

 

Has anyone come across this? If so is there a fix?

Hi,

I've got similar problem.

One ofthe admins delete the file from RSS. I've got backup RAW file but can't find any way to upload it to RSS.

 

Did you find solution?
