Product Name: MFP M476nw
Operating System: Windows XP

I recently bought a MFP M476nw. I have most of the functions working - however, when attempting to print from Tray 1, I get a Jam in Tray 2 error.  The printer never picks up from tray one, nor attempts to, justs go right to the jam in tray 2 error.  I have set the parameters in the set-up menu for tray 1, as: any type, 8.5x11. I have tried all iterations of printing from tray 1; Tray 1 manual feed and just Tray 1.  All with the same results.  Any suggestions?  TIA!
