I’ve been following up with CSS head mail ID and Mr Naman Soni from last one month. Surprisingly every second day he sends  a copy paste mail without understanding I’m giving a solution.

 

It appears css head have no control over their service centres and head is only a name.

 

All your protocol of service, feedback and quality on paper, but have nothing to do, and tare not customer centric.

 

Can Someone here The, escalation of CSS head or senior management contact at HP India
