In order for me to escalate this I need to know the customer's username and review their case, and I cannot discuss this information on the public forum. I'm sorry but unless you send me a PM with this information, we cannot assist you further.

Why has my post been editied. Surely if there is a question that is to be answered it should be seen and shown.
He has phoned your company on numerous occasions. So please can you divulge the information that he seeks or reinstate his account.
