I been talking to HP for about 4 weeks and spending 800 minutes on my cell phone.  When I bought my hp laptop it says it has a I5 processor and when you open up the system it says it has a I3 the stickers and everything says it has a I5 all I wanted was my I5 processor.  They wouldn't exchange it or give me my money back and the computer is till under warranty.  The rep manger was rude is name was Orlando.  He told me I had to talk to the HP lawyers about it.  When I buy something you think it has everything what is says in it.  To come find out it is fraud.  They try to sell stuff that is acually not try what is inside the computer.
