HP Recommended

Hello, please help! I am locked out of my pav 370 hop computer. I always use my fingerprint to unlock it and it didn’t work so it’s making me enter my pin and password- both of which I don’t know. I’ve tried everything and nothing is working. So I go to reset password and it’s hooked up to my old Microsoft email! I cannot access the email it’s associated with and I remember changing It so I guess it didn’t work. What should I do!?
