Hi all
I'd like to make a formal complaint about a Spectre x360 13-w023 dx I purchased in the US (which has completely failed 1 year and 8 months after purchase). I reside in Australia.
How do I make a formal complaint to HP? And to which HP...US or Australia?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
