Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The first issue I got since I buy hp laptop is on motherboard. They replace motherboard. It was just happen after about 1 month of using the unit. After few months, my laptops won't turning on, I send this to service center twice but still the same issue happen again. What a kind of not durable product. I have so much regret buying hp laptop.
