Hi, I requested a Return Merchandise Authorization last Monday and have not received it in my email yet. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone from the Returns Team hotline since last Monday despite being on hold for hours yesterday & today. I have emailed myHPsales and only received one response claiming my laptop is outside of the return deadline, which is not true.
Is there anyone else I can contact to get an RMA/check the status of my RMA? The return deadline for my laptop is this Friday, and I am worried that I will miss the deadline if I cannot get into contact with anyone.
