HP Recommended

I just watched the video of the soldier online trying to get help from HP.  What a terrible solution to his problem HP offered.  They should be ashamed!!!!  I know this will not matter to HP, but I will never buy another HP product, and all of the people I know will hear of this as well. I wish I knew where to get rid of the two items I have now.  Trash can watch out!!!!!
