hi, This is Satyajit Avsarkar and my Case no: [edit]
I logged a case 2 weeks back but since then i am just getting responses that HP team is working on my case ID.
No call from HP, no response over case no from HP end.
Even after continuous follow-ups over phone and WhatsApp, still the call is open and HP support team is least bothered to attend the call.
