My response:
Are you seriously wanting that I add to the US Soldier's U-tube movie from Iraq?
Of course the printer is no longer under warrenty!
Is that a reason that you should no longer assist a long term client?
You have all the history of the last problem with the service ticket included. It is the same problem repeating over and over - sometimes I have manged to reinstall but this time the printer just won't communicate with the computer - no way! Last time you sent a patch - this time the patch won't work.
HELP ME or I'll buy a Canon!
Also when I answer the questionnaire - and I will - I will give you zero on all the answers....by the by, you (HP Custojmer Service) absolutely didn't answer when I sent a query regarding my HP Ipaq PDA 3000 series so......
