Hello,

Welcome to the HP Consumer Support Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is a peer-to-peer community for customers to connect and share solutions regarding their HP products. It is not a venue to contact HP directly. If you have additional or direct feedback for HP about their products or services, please use the link below for alternate contacts.

If you aren't finding an answer to your question you should post a topic on your own and someone may be able to assist you.

If you are having trouble posting a new topic, you can go to the home page and either find the forum you are looking for, or click on the black button at the top of the page that says New Post.  It will give you a drop down list of forums you can post to under "Select a Board", just pick the one that you think fits your topic best.

If you have other questions and concerns about using the forum, please feel free to send me a private message.

Thank you.

Hello, I used the seach for a Member that PMed me regarding a post he had made a while back.

I could not remember the Member's post but did remember the Member Name, so I searched for the Member Name and WaLa, it appeared and led me directly to the Member's post.

I managed to read the post again and offer some information to the Member, which I could not have done otherwise.

Used the terms Pavilion DV7 in my search (included words) and got a variety of HP products back, mostly not relevant. I had used not including upgrade and upgradeable to eliminate a lot of issues.

I am totally confused by your website.  I have registered but still can't work out how to find an answer or search for a question.  Why don't you put it in nice easy steps?  All the pages I click on keep saying, sign in/register when I already am!

I posted a question some days ago and all I get in my emails refers me here to search feedback. My original question does not come up in a search- used ipod touch and my name as author. I guess I'll just ask again.

How to get my question answered?
