Question not answered. Support forum seems useless to me. When you ask a question you expect an answer to that question not a list off unrelated topics. Was told to click on profile and make changes. Have not found where the profile is ???

What told you to click on your profile to make changes?  Are you talking about your forum profile?  That is found on the right side of the screen, under My Community.  Three lines under your name, if you click on More Resources, you can find the Profile link.
