On behalf of some HP resellers in Sarawak, I would like to make known to all IT resellers in Sarawak that HP printer and consumables channel rep - Ms.Tan has always acted very bias and unprofessionally when dealing with somes resellers. Basically, she only looks at the big players and do not really listen to the small flys like us...We felt hurt sometimes no doubt we wanted and serious about going with HP printers esp on Laser. This has resulted us moving more towards competitors brand and only request for HP unless customer request.
Secondly, some of us also sighted her many time closely attached with some guy believed to be from your competitor brand at outstation and was made known they are ex-colleague too. How can this be happened and this has given us even more doubt to deal with HP in future esp when we have tenders or projects. Information shared might leak out if we are to spec in for projects on your printers.
I hope some action can be taken by HP to both the above issues so that we will have better piece of mind to deal with HP in future.
Thanks
